"BE BALLET FIT" CLASSES

The Be Ballet Fit is a unique elegance, posture and fitness program for women, fusing the highly developed aesthetic nature of ballet training, with a mind body connection necessary to retain a wonderful & attractive outline.

No previous ballet experience necessary. These classes combine Pilates & Franklin Methods, Cardio & Physio, Yoga & Stretching.

 

CLASSICAL BALLET CLASSES

Regular training in ballet technique, with an optional introduction to pointe work provided at the end of each class.

 

SPORT THERAPY

An individual sports programme designed to exercise the coordination of the mind, movement and memory and thus improve the level of energy and vitality. This personalised course is suitable for children, teenagers and adults and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
